I am proud to share that we have now crossed the milestone of 2,000 contracted advisors. Not only does this solidify our position as one of the largest Managing General Agencies (MGAs) in the industry. We are also among the very few MGAs with contracts across all providers, who are also licensed nationwide.

Rahul Bhardwaj is also the President of MGA Canada Inc., where he leads with a strategic focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and targeted acquisitions. With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, he has a proven track record of identifying high-value acquisition opportunities, negotiating complex deals, and integrating new businesses to drive revenue and market expansion.
He creates, communicates, and implements the company’s vision and mission, ensuring every team and manager operates in alignment with its core philosophy and goals. Rahul also oversees all financial aspects of the company, manages key stakeholder relationships, and guides expansion by staying ahead of market trends, consumer behavior, and evolving industry standards.

He also leads compliance for all distribution channels under MGA Canada Inc., including individual advisors and Associate General Agencies (AGAs). Gaurav plays a key role in setting and implementing policies in accordance with regulatory requirements to ensure full organizational compliance.
In addition, he oversees all aspects of AGA and individual contracting, including license transfers, advisor valuations, and managing inquiries for out-of-province licenses.
